While the center of social life, the geography of the flag green at High clerc is dominated by a blacktop access road from the main gate to the cafeteria, and now used only for service vehicles. Here we explore how the flag green can be more people centric, while still allowing service vehicles. The sloped tarred road has been replaced by paved plaza's, amphitheaters, landscaping and urban furniture.
