Complete authentic restoration and repurposing of a historic colonial building, to new life and new use, located in the cultural and commercial heart of Bangalore - the old colonial city or cantonment - where few historic structures remain standing today. Project scope includes, New site design, access, outdoor plaza, cafe and amphitheater; coordination/integration of historic restoration with new use, enclosure exterior upper floor balconies, exterior fenestration, retail interiors, lighting HVAC and branding. This building which was almost lost and the verge of collapse will now grace our city for another hundred years. I remain so honoured to have been able to make this contribution to the city of my birth.
